Delivery

• Delivery from BathroomHQ is only available within Australia.
• Once and order has been made you will be contacted via the preferred selected method and receive a tracking ID which allows you to track your order from our warehouse to your door.
• Unless otherwise arranged, delivery of larger items is made under the assumption that items will be left outside or infornt of the premises, delivery drivers can not move items inside or upstairs. 
• If special delivery requirements are needed, please do not hesitate to contact us to arrange.

We offer free shipping for all small items such as taps, toilet roll holders, accessories all over australia.

Orders over $500 within the Metro Melbourne area also eligible for free to door delivery.

ALL OTHER DELIVERY

All other delivery is based on location and the wieght of the product.

Delivery Speeds

Delivery to most metro areas will take place between 5 to 10 business days. 

Some custom and made to order items generally take longer to produce as per specifications, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.
