If there are any delays or issues with your order, our team will contact you promptly.

Shipping Methods

  • Smaller items are shipped via Australia Post.

  • Larger or bulky items—such as baths, vanities, toilets, and shower bases—are shipped via courier.

  • Some large items (e.g. shower bases or certain toilets) can only be shipped to a local courier depot for collection due to freight constraints.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Estimates

After your order is processed, we will provide a delivery estimate within 1 business day.

Please note:

  • Deliveries are made on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping method, and product availability.

Free Shipping Limitations

We offer free shipping on many items; however, in regional areas or for large/bulky items, free shipping may not be available.

In these instances, our customer service team will:

  • Contact you with alternative delivery options, which may include a custom courier quote or depot collection.

  • If a suitable arrangement can’t be made, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
