Best Price Guarantee. We keep an eye on the market so you get the best value on your renovation. If you find an identical product advertised for less by another Australian retailer, let us know and we'll match it.

Eligibility

1. The product must be identical: same brand, model, colour/finish and SKU.
2. The competitor must have the product in stock.
3. The competitor must be an authorised Australian dealer of the brand.
4. We match the final price, including delivery and handling. Wholesale, trade-only and closing-down prices aren't eligible.

Terms & Conditions

• Products must match in brand, colour/finish and SKU.
• The competitor's price must be current on the day of your request, and the matched price is valid on that day only.
• The competitor must have the item in stock, online or in store.
• Delivery costs to your postcode are included when comparing prices.
• Australian retailers only.
• The competitor must be an authorised dealer. Marketplaces and sites where we can't verify the supplier (e.g. eBay, Amazon Marketplace, Kogan, Catch, Gumtree) are excluded.
• Excludes package deals, bundle quotes, clearance and display stock.
• We won't match pricing errors or prices below our cost.
• A price match can't be combined with other offers, promo codes or gift cards.
• Bathroom HQ may decline any price match request at its discretion.
